Hi, I’m Sawyer Nelson — a 21-year-old real estate photographer based in Grand Forks, ND. I specialize in capturing eye-catching listing photos that help homes stand out online. My photography background started in travel, automotive, and astrophotography, and now I bring that same creative eye and attention to detail into every real estate shoot.
Right now, I offer interior and exterior photos as well as 2D floor plans — with plans to soon expand into drone photography, 3D virtual tours, and listing videos. My goal with every shoot is to make the process smooth, reliable, and professional. I focus on delivering polished images with quick turnaround times and clear, friendly communication every step of the way.
Outside of photography, I’m studying aviation at the University of North Dakota and compete as a student-athlete on UND’s track & field team. Between classes, flight hours, and training, life definitely keeps me moving — but I love the hustle. Whether I’m chasing the perfect shot, hitting a new personal record, or a thousand feet up in the air, I’m always striving to improve.
